Etihad Airways is the national airline of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The airline is based in Abu Dhabi and operates flights worldwide. Etihad Airways is recruiting cabin crew from January to March 2026. Recruitment is open throughout this period.

The airline seeks candidates with strong customer service skills. Applicants should have a friendly and outgoing personality. Teamwork skills are essential for this role. Candidates must be at least 21 years old. A minimum arm reach of 212 cm is required. Applicants must also be able to swim 25 meters without assistance.

Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training. They will work onboard Etihad’s modern aircraft. The role offers opportunities to travel worldwide.

Candidates attending the open day on January to March will complete an assessment. Recruiters will invite shortlisted applicants for interviews the next day. The selection process includes individual interviews. The recruitment team may also conduct group interviews and practical assessments.

Applicants should arrive well prepared and professionally dressed. They must demonstrate strong customer service skills. Teamwork and problem-solving abilities are also evaluated.

Candidates who pass the interview will receive a job offer. They will complete intensive training before joining the cabin crew. After training, they will begin flying to international destinations. Of January to March 2026
