Position Objective

The primary responsibility of a McDonald’s Crew Member in the UAE includes taking customer orders and processing payments. Additional duties involve preparing and expediting food orders. During downtime, crew members are tasked with cleanliness duties such as wiping down tables and sterilizing food preparation areas. The main stakeholders include the Restaurant Manager, Operations Consultant, as well as external and internal customers.

• Adherence to Personnel Standards: Crew members follow and promote McDonald’s personnel standards. They wear the uniform correctly and meet all grooming requirements. They maintain a professional appearance at all times. Arriving on time for shifts demonstrates reliability and respect for the team.

• Effective Communication and Teamwork: Crew members communicate clearly with colleagues and management to support daily operations. They share information about customer preferences, order changes, and service feedback. Team members collaborate closely with kitchen staff to prepare orders accurately and efficiently.
