Job Opportunity

1. Travel Consultant

This position is face to face with clients to provide superior customer service. For this reason, travel consultants are obliged to apply the highest standards of customer service to customers to satisfy them. Qualifications and experience for this position are ‘Advanced’ level education or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same field.

Knowledge of the Airline reservation system or Front Office system is a plus. In addition, candidates who apply at Dnata must be familiar with the world’s geography and major carrier networks to recommend quick itineraries for customers. As based in the UAE, applicants must have the ability to communicate in Arabic (both written and spoken).

2. Dwc Operations Control Agent

This work aims to act as a focal point in 24/7 operations at an airport or airline. Thus, this job must comply with all relevant safety procedures, policies and management in the work environment. Qualifications for this job are at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in the field of Ground handling, level 5 English, knowledge of airport communication, etc.

3. Product & E-Commerce Specialist

Product & E-Commerce Specialist is tasked with developing and implementing online B2C products through the official website. This position also plays a role in contributing to the development of Commercial and e-commerce. Candidates for Dnata must have a bachelor’s degree or diploma in E-Commerce & Marketing or business major. Minimum two years’ experience in an airport is also required.
