Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring that the bar operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining high standards of food and drink quality, service, and safety.
2. Develop, implement, and manage the bar’s budget and ensure profitable operations with optimal use of resources.
3. Organize and adjust staff schedules to meet the needs of the business.
