Job Role: VIP Head Waitress

As the VIP Head Waitress, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. Your exceptional attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and ability to manage a team will contribute to the overall success of Gaia Restaurant Dubai.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Overseeing and managing the VIP section of the restaurant
• Ensuring a seamless and personalized dining experience for all VIP guests
• Coordinating with the kitchen and bar staff to maintain optimal service levels
• Training and mentoring junior staff members
• Handling guest complaints and feedback professionally

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining establishment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Knowledge of Greek cuisine is a plus, but not required
• Fluency in English is essential, while knowledge of additional languages is highly desirable
