Job Description

Now Hiring Duty Manager 

Job Requires: 

• Handles all guest complaints and ensure maximum satisfaction for all hotel guests.
• Provide and maintain a high level of supervision and management by proactive and interactive leadership 
• Ensure that all guests' needs and requirements are met and or exceeded, providing at all times the highest level of service and satisfaction by working closely with all related departments. 
• To ensure smooth and efficient daily operation of the Reception Operation ensuring that all hotel guests and visitors receive an optimum level of service and care at all times. 
• Responsible for the entire operation of Reception. 

The candidate should be/have: 

• 1-2 years' experience in a similar position in a4 or 5-star property. 
• Opera knowledge is a must • Excellent leadership. management, and team building skills. 
• Good communication skills, positive attitude and excellent grooming standards
