The Student Internship Program is a 3–6-month immersive training program designed to furnish students with foundational knowledge and experience in their field of study. It can also serve as a requisite for university graduation.

To be eligible for this program, applicants need a request letter from their university, enrollment in a college/university program, and a minimum Grand Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 from an accredited higher education institute in the UAE. Additionally, they must commit to the program’s entire duration.

Graduate Internship Program
For graduates seeking a deep-dive into the aviation industry, the Graduate Internship Program offers a comprehensive exploration ranging from six months to one year. This on-the-job training provides insights into a variety of departments, including;

The eligibility criteria for this program are more extensive. Applicants must be between the ages of 18-30, hold a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree from an accredited university/college, and possess fluency in verbal and written English. An ideal candidate exhibits a willingness to learn and adapt to novel working situations.

Performance Evaluation
To ensure the effectiveness of these programs, the intern’s performance is meticulously evaluated throughout the internship period. Section managers monitor their contributions through written reports and presentations, assessing their ability to function both individually and as part of a team. At the end of the internship, the intern’s performance is reviewed by the section managers/supervisors and HR. High-performing interns with demonstrated competence may be considered for future opportunities with RAK Airport.
