Job Description

Now Hiring Telephone Operator 

Job Requires: 

Provides courteous service to customers by operating the switchboard according to standards.

Responds to customer questions regarding the hotel. 

In-house facilities and local events. 

Ensures guest is woken up as requested by accepting recording and executing wake-up calls. 

Demonstrate fluency in the use of equipment. 

The candidate should be/have. 

Minimum of I year experience in a similar position in 4- or 5-star hotels 

Opera knowledge is a must 

Good communication skills. positive attitude and excellent grooming standards
