Available Position

Position Available Mandatory Requirements
Cost Control Manager
  • Currently residing in UAE
  • Immediate joiner strongly preferred
  • Min. 4 years of experience in Dubai/UAE F&B or hospitality industry (STRICTLY REQUIRED)
  • Proven record in food costing, portion control, F&B pricing, market trends, and inventory
  • Knowledge in menu engineering and waste reduction
  • Proficient in MS Office & ERP systems
Hygiene Officer
  • Currently residing in UAE
  • Immediate joiner strongly preferred
  • Min. 2 years experience in food safety/hygiene (Dubai/UAE F&B or hospitality)
  • Food Safety Certification (e.g. HACCP, ISO 22000, DM Food Safety)
  • Experience with Dubai Municipality audits
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP, pest control
  • Able to inspect, monitor hygiene, and train staff
Accountant
  • Currently residing in UAE
  • Immediate joiner strongly preferred
  • Min. 2 years accounting experience in Dubai/UAE F&B or hospitality
  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related
  • Proficient in accounting & POS systems
  • Meticulous, deadline-oriented, and analytical
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
Admin/Cashier
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service/cashiering/office admin training is a plus
  • Min. 2 years experience as cashier/admin in restaurant
  • Experience with POS systems & multiple payment handling
  • Proficient in POS & Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Accuracy in data entry & cash handling
