Job Requires:

• Apply and follow standard operating procedures in your department 
• Handle guest problems and complaints relating to housekeeping of guest rooms and public area. 
• Conduct training for all housekeeping team members. 
• Manage and maintain inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies. 
• Coach and motivate the housekeeping team members to achieve maximum performance efficiency. 
• Assign duties and responsibilities to subordinates, assisting the Housekeeping Attendants in their duties 

The candidate should be/have: 

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to coach and train 
• Able to work under pressure and attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate and handle 1 party staff. 
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar role in UAE.
