Job Requires:

• Greet and meet the guest, assist them in the lobby with luggage.
• Check all the VIPs arrivals of the day and next day.
• Prepare the amenities request for all VIPs.
• Responsible to engage more guests for enrolling under My Millennium
• Loyalty program for all arrivals to achieve the set targets.
• Look after the profiles' update of all our guest and ensure proper standard is followed.
• Do courtesy calls to our guest in house and maintain a record.
• Answer all external and internal calls
• Taking rooms and F&B reservations

The candidate should be/have:

• Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills.
• Should have excellent command over English Multilingual will be an advantage
• Should be able to Stand & Walk for long hours.
• As to 1 year of experience in similar role in UAE.
