The St Regis Dubai The Palm: Nakheel Real Estate Development – Dubai has signed a contract with Starwood International Hotels and Resorts, to manage a new hotel brand St. Regis in Dubai. Scheduled to open in 2018, it will be part of The Palm Tower, a luxury multi-purpose project located in the heart of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai’s world-famous island.

The St. Regis Dubai – The Palm will have 289 rooms, including 23 suites, and will occupy the first 18 floors of The Palm Tower, consisting of 52 floors, while the upper floors will contain 504 luxury residential units.

The hotel will also include two swimming pools, including the world’s tallest hanging pool located on the 50th floor and 210 meters above ground, and will overlook the four sides of the tower, providing panoramic views of the “Palm Jumeirah”, the Arabian Gulf and the Dubai skyline.

The hotel will provide a variety of top-notch restaurants, including a fine dining restaurant located on the 51st floor with sweeping city views, next to St. Petersburg. Regis Beach Club and all-day dining, which will make this hotel one of the most desirable places to visit on the island of Palm Jumeirah.

Apart from the rooftop plaza located on the 52nd floor to enjoy stunning views from all sides, the hotel is also located near the Nakheel Mall, a luxury shopping and entertainment destination, and Union Park, and will provide access to the beach for hotel guests.

The St. Regis Hotel was inaugurated for the first time in the Middle East in 2011 with the launch of the St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi, then continue by opening a new branch named, the St. Regis Doha, St. Regis Abu Dhabi, and St Regis Dubai. It’s done, to accelerate the growth of its brand portfolio in the Middle East.
