Job Description

The Ascent Graduate Programme, currently open by Minor Hotels companies, offers all recent graduates a unique opportunity to expand their knowledge and leadership skills through a full-year hands-on work experience programme to candidates who have passed the selection stage.

All of these candidates will get the opportunity to work in 1 hotel. From the blue seas of the Maldives, to the yellow sands of the Middle East, to the silvery skyscrapers in Asia, and all candidates will get a unique and valuable experience, this is great for candidates as the initial capital for a career in Hospitality, Leisure and Tourism.

As participants, all candidates who pass the selection stage and successfully take part in the “Ascent Graduate Programme” program will be rotated to three different main departments during the first six months of this employment contract, some of these departments include; Food and Beverage, Commercial (Sales & Marketing and Revenue Management) and Rooms Division.

Furthermore, to complete the contract for the next 6 months, all candidates will get the opportunity to develop their careers by choosing which department you will take. This is your step towards becoming a candidate who has work experience in hospitality that is more specific according to your choice.

Qualification

• Associate or bachelor’s degree or higher in hospitality management or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a flair for learning new software and systems
• Candidates who possess strong leadership skills, as well as organizational skills and attention to detail are encouraged to apply immediately

• Strong business acumen and industry knowledge
