The Opportunity:
If you’re an experienced restaurant manager with a passion for fine dining and a desire to be part of something truly special, then we want to hear from you! RIKAS is currently seeking a Restaurant Manager for its La Cantine Du Faubourg venue, located in the prestigious Emirates Towers in Dubai.
The Perfect Candidate:
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the service team and operations, ensuring that the venue meets its financial targets and exceeds guest expectations. You will be expected to assist in implementing the operational policy, train the staff, and monitor their performance to maintain the highest service standards.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a standalone fine dining restaurant. You must have strong leadership skills, be able to manage the flow of guests, communicate effectively with all department heads (FOH & BOH), actively engage with guests, and monitor the performance of your team to deliver the highest service standards. You must also be able to communicate any concerns related to staff, guests, and service to the General Manager. It’s mandatory that you speak fluent English, and it’s a plus if you speak French or other languages.
