1. Training Design Specialist

Roles and responsibilities at Business Aviation Training Instructors work as part of the Training Design team in Emirates CAE Flight Training. This position can provide an attractive opportunity for the right candidate to become an architect in designing future CAE training programs. For that reason, the technical skills of candidates with prior experience are preferred.

Candidates with computer literacy and skills to learn new systems quickly become a significant consideration. Microsoft’s business package is also one of the skills that must be mastered. The Training Design Specialist must have high proficiency in aviation regulations for EASA and FAA. Background experience as a management or airline pilot is required.

2. Support Crew Member

Support Crew members are assigned to attend EASA, GCAA, FAA approved 14 CFR 142, and EASA curriculum courses. Minimum requirements to join this program are FAA Pilot License (CPL or ATPL), Multi-Engine aircraft landing, instrument rating with a minimum of 50 hours instrument experience with 400 hours total time. In addition, the candidate also needs a Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) course.
