Exciting Job Vacancy: Supervisor of General Workers

Noor Al Ain Group is currently seeking a qualified and experienced individual to fill the role of Supervisor of General Workers. This role involves supervising various tasks within the general services portfolio, reporting and advising on work requirements, materials, and manpower, and identifying potential health and safety hazards.

Key Activities: Supervision of general workers

• Supervise general workers to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards
• Effectively deploy event and general services tasks to optimize resources and accomplish objectives
• Completion of required paperwork in a timely manner
• Implementation of standard operating procedures
• Mentoring of junior staff
• Daily toolbox talks
• On-the-job inspections
• Health, safety, and environment (HSE) inspection support
• Maintenance of tools and equipment
• Monitoring of permits to work and onsite subcontractors
• Cooperation with staff to maintain a friendly environment on campus grounds
• Performing other duties as directed by senior officers

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• Minimum ITI certificate or diploma in R&AC, electrical, mechanical, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent communication skills and professional personal presentation
• Proficiency in English and Hindi languages
• Honest, respectful, and trustworthy
• Pleasant personality and demeanor
• Ability to think strategically and identify risks
• Basic computer skills
