Job Requires:

• Assisting Hotel Manager as and when required. 
• Managing monthly payroll & other HR related duties on regular basis. 
• Conducting showgrounds or any other admin task assigned by sales. 
• Manage and maintain all files and official document for the hotel. 
• Managing the bookings for meeting rooms and the upkeep of business center 
• Meeting guests in the lobby, encouraging them for feedback. 
• Responding to the guest feedbacks online. 

The candidate should be/have: 

• Excellent computer skills 
• Excellent communication & admin skills 
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
